Beginning in the new year, 2026, we will be transitioning to a new platform — Manuscript Manager. This change is designed to provide a smoother, more user-friendly experience for our valued authors, reviewers, and editors.

If you have submitted manuscripts with us in recent months, please note that these are being migrated to the new system. We’ll be in touch directly regarding their status. For those planning to submit new manuscripts, please be aware that:

You may still submit through the current system and later receive a notification that your submission has been transferred.
